ATP Conference 2009

Details of the ATP 2009 conference are now live.  There are still many more details to be added to this lively event and booking details still have to be finalised.  Times, venue and prices are though up-to-date.   http://www.atpconference.org.uk

I am sure he will.  I am told that he is a great boss.   Hope I can go Jamie as I have never been to Exeter before.   Anybody else coming to the ATP conference?  Or is it too early to know?

Bookings are now live for the 2009 ATP conference at Exeter.  The booking procedure is the same as last year.  Reserve your place through the BPS who are doing the bookings.  You can download an application, phone or even do an online application.   See here.

See you there.

Hello, newbie here.

I'm going! I am a teacher who has a psych degree but has never taught psych before.  I am now in charge of the psch teaching etc and deciding on course/exam board for a brand new sixth form at the 'outstanding' school i work for. Argh! Exciting but scary.  Due to open Sept 10.  All advice/help etc greatly appreciated and hopefully see you in Exeter.

Thanks

Becky

There should be plenty of workshops for newish teachers this year and I am sure all of the exam boards will be running their own workshops as well.   Phil is currently putting the list of workshops together.  The keynotes are already booked.   If anybody has any ideas of workshops they would like to see run or even run one yourself please do let us know.

I managed to persuade my college to pay for me to go again (-: I'll be running another GCSE workshop, looking at materials for the new specs and different teaching techniques.

I will also be travelling from 'Brum' but need to drive also for one reason and another. Where abouts do you teach Becky?

I'll be doing a workshop too centred around an updated toolkit.
