Rate it or Slate it? - Study Evaluation Sheet

Description
A sheet I made to use with evaluating studies. After learning about each study each pupil then rates the study out of 5 stars on a number of different evaluation points 1* being poor 5* being excellent. Scores are totalled up at the end and then by the end of the year the students can make easy comparisons between what they perceive to be strengths and weaknesses of each of the studies.
