Description

The original article from the New York Times about the murder of Kitty Genovese - very useful and shocking for students as an introduction to bystander behaviour.

I often use this as base information, then get the students to design comic strips showing the build up and public reaction to the attack - captivates students and focusses their shock at the lack of reaction.
